Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
- The units have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent.
- We generally deliver all our products within 6-8 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time goes higher in cases where the customization is required by the customer or the product is to be made on order. Such cases will be intimated to the customer in advance.
Cancellations
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at ursajewellery02@gmail.com. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
- If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount (in case of pre-paid order) in the original mode of payment.
- If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges( in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in original payment mode once we have received the product.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Ursa Jewels and accept Ursa’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Refund
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is lost in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way In which they were received (unworn) with original packaging.
Note : In case you have received the a damaged product or wrong product, please intimate to Ursa within 24hrs of receiving the order.

Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account. Refunds will only be made after we have received and approved the shipment.
Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes, if applicable, have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- No Refunds/Exchange for customised or make to order products.
- Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural/semi-precious stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
- No Refunds/Exchange for products purchased during any offer for example : Festive Sale, Diwali Sale, New Year Sale etc.
